When the Hack took place

Accordin to investigation, The hack took place between Late February and early March.

Impact 

145 million users suffered data breach.

Financial data and credit card was not compromised.

eBaY did not disclose the news until this week.

eBaY asks for password reset to users.

But the response to users is very slow due to large number of requests.
